At We Are There For Each Other, we want you to love your fashion pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
